- Administrative and Research Associate
The Early Childhood Investment Corporation is currently seeking a qualified and dynamic candidate to serve as the Administrative and Research Associate to the VP of Great Start Systems Development and Evaluation. The Associate will provide administrative support for the VP; prepare (research and data analysis), edit, amend and publish documents for memos, letters, funding requests, committee and board materials, and administrative contracts; provide support including background research to prepare for committee meetings, preparation of materials, note taking during meeting, debriefing with VP after meeting and taking responsibility for oversight of next steps.
Candidate must have a post-graduate degree in Early Childhood Development or Public Policy along with experience working with high level staff in outside agencies and the legislature. Ability to handle multiple priorities at any given time in a fast-paced environment is essential along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

The Early Childhood Investment Corporation is currently seeking a qualified and dynamic candidate to serve as the Communications Specialist to the Senior Director of Communications. The specialist will provide varied, complex and sometimes confidential communication and office administrative assistance. This position will create drafts and a wide variety of finished documents from stenographic notes, brief instructions, printed materials and strategic meeting, as well as proofread and copy edit a variety of documents meant for internal and external use.
Candidate must have a minimum of three to five years experience supporting high level executives. A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Ability to handle multiple priorities at any given time in a fast-paced environment is essential along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Description: The Early Childhood Investment Corporation (ECIC) is currently seeking a qualified candidate to provide training, consultation, and technical assistance to Great Start Collaboratives (GSCs), Great Start Parent Coalitions (GSPCs), and Regional Resource Centers (RRCs) in the area of public policy advocacy, including the state and federal budget and legislative processes.

Administrative AssistantThe Early Childhood Investment Corporation is currently seeking a qualified and dynamic candidate to serve as an Administrative Assistant to provide document and calendar support for multiple Directors; prepare, edit, amend and publish documents for Directors including memos and letters, training materials and reports; lead on event planning logistics including locations, food, registration, onsite support, supplies, communication for participants; maintain and support organization’s Intranets; maintain and update the contact database; file management of Division Learning technology for the Division including, but not limited to, webinars, video-conferences etc.
Candidate must have a minimum of five years experience supporting high level executives. Superior organization skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities at any given time in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint, Intranets and contact database management.
